Options for Defining Monofloral Manuka Honey
In response to an MPI discussion paper calling for feedback on options to define and label monofloral New Zealand Manuka Honey, NZBIO made a submission supporting the option of using both pollen content and methyl glyoxal content as an interim standard, pending further research, to define honey as Manuka Honey.
